A momentous occasion took place as the City Government of Iligan, represented by Mayor Celso G. Regencia, and the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), represented by Alexis D. Arumpac, Branch Manager of GSIS Iligan Branch, formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the GSIS Financial Assistance Loan II (GFAL II).
