We are seeking a dedicated and organized Cleaning Coordinator to join our team remotely.
This is a part-time position that requires approximately 2-3 hours of work daily.
The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, act as a liaison between clients and cleaners, and ensure accurate payroll calculations.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client emails and inquiries throughout the day.
Coordinate cleaning schedules, assigning tasks to cleaners based on availability and location.
Communicate effectively with both clients and cleaning staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address scheduling changes or issues as they arise and find timely solutions.
Calculate and prepare payroll for cleaning staff based on hours worked.
Maintain accurate records of schedules, payments, and client preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in email communication and basic scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, scheduling apps).
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is a plus.
Work Hours:
Flexible schedule but must be available to respond to emails throughout the day.
Total work time is approximately 2 hours per day, depending on client needs.
